A good time was had by all who attended the annual Christmas Dinner and meeting.
Unfortunately, due to winter weather, our guest speaker was unable to attend.
Our executive quickly came to the rescue with some wonderful ideas!OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAMembers were served some delicious punch upon arrival.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThere was time to visit with friends, and share holiday wishes.BOM ideas_MThere was a display of wonderful Block of the Month ideas
for gifts or for the quilt show boutique.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThere were also some completed Community Quilts.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAEach table took its turn to pick up their plate full of turkey and vegetables
served by the crew at Edith Rankin Church.

After dinner, two of our members volunteered to share some of their work.photo_MWendy Austen shared some of her wonderful fibre art.

A memory tray was passed to each table, and then everyone was asked to remember as many of the items as possible.  The winning group remembered almost all of the items!games_MMembers of the guild executive brought in quilts, and everyone was asked to guess which member made each of the 13 projects.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThe winning team made 5 correct guesses out of 13!
